Ester Fried, Soulmate Coach, in Beverly Hills

From Single to True Love · The Five Keys Method

You’ve done everything right. So why are you still single?

Because no one ever showed you how. From Single to True Love is a four-month, in-person coaching program in Beverly Hills for women who want marriage and a family, and are ready to make it happen.

Finding love isn’t luck. It’s a method.

Spiritual but practical. No fluff.

Enrollment closes Wednesday, November 4 · First session November 11

“Today I have been happily married to my soulmate for 2 years now and I am so thankful I found Ester’s program!” — Emily F.

You know how to hit a goal. Love is the one that hasn’t happened yet.

You’ve set goals before, and you’ve reached them.

And love? You’ve done the work. You read the books. You tried the apps, the setups, the therapy. You stayed open, even when it hurt.

And you’re still single.

Not because something is wrong with you. Not because the good men are gone. And not because of bad luck.

Finding love is a goal. And every goal has a process.

You’ve been told to wait. To love yourself first. To stop looking, because “it happens when you least expect it.”

That’s hope. It’s not a method.

Think about your career. You set a goal, and you followed a process to reach it. Finding love works the same way.

So if nothing has changed yet, it’s not because you did it wrong. One piece of the process was missing, and no one ever showed it to you.

In From Single to True Love, you’ll find that piece, and you’ll apply it step by step, with real changes you can observe, measure and adjust.

Ester's husband Ken proposing at Lincoln Center

I spent 10 years figuring this out alone.

I’m Ester Fried, Soulmate Coach and creator of The Five Keys Method.

At 21, I moved here from Venezuela with a degree and $1,000. I went from speaking zero English and working as a bartender to becoming a real estate broker with Douglas Elliman in Manhattan. I know how to hit a goal.

So at 25, I said, “It’s time to find the right person to marry. How hard can this be?” I lived in a city with millions of men. I only needed one.

For ten years, I tried everything. The books. Tony Robbins seminars. Blind dates. The apps. I asked my married friends for their secret and copied all of it. Nothing worked. The men always disappeared, and one question took over my life: What is keeping me single?

At 35, I found spirituality, and with it, the piece I had been missing.

Two years later, I got engaged, but my old definition of love was still in the way, and the engagement broke. A month later, I met my husband, Ken. We were married that October. I was 37.

I found my soulmate when I was only looking for a husband.

I didn’t get lucky. I finally had a path, and I turned it into a method.

The Five Keys Method

Five keys to create your love life, one step at a time. Each key works on one piece of the process. Together, they take you from where you are to your love goal.

Key 1 · Choose

The problem: He checks every box on paper, and you still feel something is missing.

The key: Choose the guide that knows what will truly fulfill you.

You leave with: a clear vision of the love you’re meant for, and your love goal in writing.

Key 2 · Uproot

The problem: The same kind of man. The same ending. Again and again.

The key: Uproot the definition of love you learned as a child, the one that’s been adding years to your search.

You leave with: the why behind your pattern, and a new starting point.

Key 3 · Bloom

The problem: Waiting for a man to make you feel worthy, happy, chosen.

The key: Create your own definition of love, and start being it now.

You leave with: real self-worth, an open heart, and a fulfilled life before he arrives.

Key 4 · Align

The problem: You can’t find quality men. Or the good ones disappear. And it’s easy to decide there are no good men left.

The key: Align with exactly the love you want, and date as the new you.

You leave with: new results, and a way to measure them after every date.

Key 5 · Observe

The problem: You’re doing everything you can, and you still don’t know what’s working, or what to change.

The key: Observe and adjust, step by step, until you reach your love goal.

You leave with: a clear way to keep moving until you get there, and a tool you’ll use for life, in your relationship and your marriage.

Clarity. Freedom from your past. Real self-worth. New results. And a way to keep going until you get there. That’s how you go from where you are to the love you want.

Four months from now, picture this.

You’re not waiting for love anymore. You’re creating it.

Here’s what changes:

From
To
“What’s wrong with me?”
→
knowing why your love life looked the way it did, and what to do differently.
the same type of man, again and again,
→
breaking the pattern and recognizing the right one when he shows up.
waiting for a man to make you feel chosen
→
feeling worthy and fulfilled before he arrives.
guarding your heart
→
opening it again, without fear.
“there are no good men left”
→
meeting quality men, and knowing who’s worth your time.
guessing and hoping
→
measuring your results after every date.
“someday”
→
a clear plan to reach your love goal.

This isn’t about chasing a man. It’s about becoming the woman who’s ready for the love she wants. When you become the best version of yourself, you align with the best version of your soulmate.

Will I really meet him?

That’s the question, right?

Here’s what I know: when you change the guide, the results change.

I met my husband a month after my engagement broke.

My clients have met theirs within months of working with me. (You’ll hear from two of them below.)

My own mom worked with me, and got married at 64.

How fast? That depends on where you start and how fully you apply the method. For some women it’s months. For others it takes longer. And if you want more support after the four months, you can keep working with me in my follow-up program for graduates, offered separately.

You don’t need more luck. You need the method, and someone to walk it with you.

I teach you the method. Then I coach you to apply it.

Understanding isn’t enough. Only new actions create new results. So every part of the program has a job:

  • Video lessons work at the mindset level: a new way of seeing yourself and love.
  • Workbooks after each lesson make every concept specific to you and your life.
  • Weekly action steps keep you moving and applying what you learn.
  • In-person coaching sessions aren’t lectures. We go deep on how each lesson applies to your life, and work through anything that’s in the way.
  • Guided meditations work at the soul level. This is where the deepest shifts happen.

The method shows you the path. The coaching is where we walk it.

Questions? Email me at ester@esterfried.com, and I’ll answer you personally.

Your questions, answered

Is it too late for me?

No. I was about to turn 37 when my engagement broke, and I was scared it would never happen. A month later, I met my husband. And my own mom was my client. She got married at 64.

I'm divorced, or I have kids. Is this for me?

Yes. The method works the same way, wherever you’re starting from.

I've tried everything. Why would this be different?

So had I, for ten years. Everything I tried was missing one piece, and no one had ever shown it to me. This program gives you that piece, and then I coach you to apply it step by step.

Is this religious? I'm not spiritual at all.

It’s not religious, and you don’t have to be spiritual. You only have to be open to something new. I don’t leave you to figure it out on your own. I tell you exactly what to do, every step of the way. If you’re open, it starts to make sense as soon as you apply it.

Who else is in the group?

Single women with the same goal: to find true love. Most are in their late 30s and early 40s. Some are older, some are divorced, and some have kids. What you’ll share is the goal.

Will I have to share personal things in front of the group?

Only if you want to. The personal work happens in your workbook, on your own. In our sessions I ask who’d like to share, and if you do, we go deeper. If you don’t, that’s completely fine. Everything said in the room stays in the room. It’s one of our group rules from day one.

What happens in a Wednesday session?

I don’t teach in the sessions. The teaching is in the video lessons. On Wednesdays, I coach. We make sure each lesson makes sense for your life, and we work through anything you’re stuck on, from every angle. You leave clear on why things are happening and what to do differently.

Will I get personal attention from you?

Yes. Our sessions are coaching, not lectures, and I coach you on your own situation. Between sessions, you can email me your questions, even if you can’t make it in person that week. And because the group is small, you can always ask me when you see me.

Do I have to stop dating?

I suggest pausing dating until Key 4. It’s your choice, but it’s how women get the best results. While you’re changing, dating the old way usually aligns you with more of the same. When you start again in Key 4, you date as a new version of you, and that’s when new results show up.

What if I meet someone in the middle of the program?

That’s fine. Keep going. Everything you learn carries into your relationship.

I'm in a situationship right now. Can I still join?

Yes. Some women join while they’re in one, and the program gives them the clarity and the strength to decide what’s next. Just know that your starting point affects how fast you reach your goal.

What if I do everything and I'm still single after four months?

First, you won’t be left alone. Sometimes in month four we’re still in the middle of practicing. For graduates who want to keep going, I offer a follow-up program, offered separately, so I can keep guiding you all the way to your love goal.

Here’s how I see it. When you hire a fitness coach, she gives you the diet and the workout. How committed you are to both is what decides your results. It’s the same here. I bring the method, the coaching, and every step. You bring the commitment. I do my half, and you do yours. And when we both do, that’s when your love life changes.

How much time does it take?

About 2 to 4 hours a week for four months: your lesson, your workbook, your action steps, and our Wednesday session.

What if I miss a session or travel for work?

Every session is recorded, so you can catch up on your own time.

Where is it? Is there parking?

At a private location in Beverly Hills. You’ll get the address when you enroll. There’s street parking, and I’ll give you a parking permit.

I don't live in LA. Can I join?

This group meets in person in Beverly Hills. The online group opens soon. Join the online waitlist to hear first.

How do I pay?

The investment is $997, one payment. You can pay by card or PayPal at checkout, or by Venmo or Zelle.

Not sure this is right for you?

Email me at ester@esterfried.com and tell me where you are in your love life. I’ll tell you honestly whether this program is your right next step.

What happens after I enroll?

Your login and Key 1 open on November 4. You’ll also get the address for our first in-person session on November 11.

You can keep walking this path alone, or walk it with me.

I’m a problem solver. When something gives me results, I keep using it. When something doesn’t, I let it go.

You’ve tried everything for years. Try what does.

I spent 10 years figuring this out alone. You don’t have to spend ten more.

Stop being the effect of your past, and become the cause of your future.
